Derren Brown - Séance (2004).360p.135mb.MQwebrip-NewStreamRip(2016)_52min.x264.mp4 the stream site would only offer a lower bitrate then wanted.. but it was encrypted as well.. I did the best with it.. and repacked to mp4 theres some blockiness and grain in fast movements and dark scenes but its hell better then the poor tv rip with ads which seems to be the only source about still enjoy and help seed it

ok seems MPC-HC its very good watchable playing it.. so I suspect its some setting on my VLC thats making it more blocky then it is..
still could be better though then others.. but its pure avc1 not converted
